Experimental Study on Optimization of a Cu-Mo Separation Process Based on the Novel Collector ZY-202
Based on the efficient separation and recovery of metal resources in the separation opera-tion of multi-metal recovery workshop,a new sulfide ore collector ZY-202 is developed,and the existing flotation process and reagent system are improved.Compared with the existing flotation process,the reagent used in the molybdenum roughing stage is replaced by kerosene+2#oil with kerosene+ZY-202,and the rough concentrate is endured two stage cleaning to obtain the molybdenum concentrate.In the process of cop-per separation,the collector in the roughing stage is replaced by ZY-202+TL-1,and zinc sulfate and zinc sulfite were no longer used as inhibitors in the roughing and scavenging processes.The final copper concen-trate is obtained after two stage cleaning on the rough concentrate.After closed-circuit test based on the opti-mized reagent system and flotation process,the Mo grade and recovery of molybdenum concentrate is 52.43%and 96.70%,respectively,and the Cu grade and recovery of copper concentrate is 25.57%and 92.26%,respectively.The loss rate of Zn decreases from 63.07%to 13.68%.ZY-202 is an efficient collec-tor in the process of copper and molybdenum separation,which is of great significance to simplify the benefi-ciation process and reduce the production cost of enterprises.
