摘要
湖南柿竹园萤石精选尾矿氟化钙含量为24.7%,碳酸钙含量为19.5%,萤石在+0.045 mm粒级分布率为54.99%,-0.010 mm粒级分布率为28.16%,两者合计达83.15%,而0.045~0.010 mm可选易浮粒级萤石金属分布率只有16.85%,呈现"两头大,中间小"的粒度分布特性.采用预先分级后粗粒磨矿,分级溢流浓缩后与磨矿产品合并浮选工艺,以碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃和YF-1为抑制剂,植物油酸BF-1为捕收剂,经1粗5精1扫闭路试验,获得了CaF2含量为85.50%、回收率为71.20%的萤石精矿,实现了萤石精选尾矿资源的高效回收利用.
Abstract
The content of calcium fluoride and calcium carbonate in fluorite concentrate tailings of Shi-zhuyuan in Hunan is 24.7%and 19.5%,respectively.The distribution rate of fluorite in+0.045 mm particle size is 54.99%,and the distribution rate of-0.010 mm particle size is 28.16%.The total of the two is 83.15%,while the distribution rate of fluorite metal in 0.045~0.010 mm optional floating particle size is on-ly 16.85%,showing the particle size distribution characteristics of'large at both ends and small in the mid-dle'.The process of pre-classification,overflow concentrated and then mixed with the grinding products,and flotation experiment is carried out on the mixture.Fluorite concentrate with CaF2 content of 85.5%and recovery rate of 71.2%was obtained by closed-circuit test of one roughing-five cleaning-one scavenging with sodium carbonate as regulator,sodium silicate and YF-1 as depressants,and vegetable oleic acid BF-1 as collector.The efficient recycling of fluorite tailings resources was realized.
