摘要

安徽某钼矿石钼品位为0.348%,钼主要以硫化钼形式存在,分布率为97.71%.为给矿石开发利用提供依据,进行了选矿试验.结果表明,矿石磨细至-0.074 mm占70%,以PM-3为捕收剂经1次粗选,2次扫选,8次精选,3次再磨(再磨1为-0.043 mm占80%,再磨2为-0.043 mm占89%,再磨3为-0.043 mm占93%)闭路浮选,最终获得钼品位为57.11%、回收率为91.2%的钼精矿.研究结果为该钼矿石浮选工艺设计提供了依据.

Abstract

The molybdenum grade of a molybdenum ore in Anhui is 0.348%.Molybdenum mainly ex-ists in the form of molybdenum sulfide,and the distribution rate is 97.71%.In order to provide the basis for the development and utilization of ore,the beneficiation test is carried out.The results show that the ore is ground to 70%of-0.074 mm.After one roughing,two scavenging,eight cleaning and three stage regrinding(regrinding 1 is-0.043 mm 80%,regrinding 2 is-0.043 mm 89%,regrinding 3 is-0.043 mm 93%)closed-circuit flotation with PM-3 as collector,the molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 57.11%and recovery of 91.2%is finally obtained.The research results provide a basis for the flotation process design of the molybdenum ore.
