Safety Problems Diagnosis and Optimization Design of Ventilation System in a Deep Mine with Large Resistance
Aiming at the problems of many inverted air shafts,long ventilation lines and unreasonable air volume in each production section in an underground mine,the ventilation network,machine station and fan are optimized,the ventilation scheme is optimized,and the transformation measures are put forward.Through numerical simulation,the feasibility of the scheme is verified.The results show that the three-stage return fan station series relay method is used to jointly bear the system resistance,which can effectively solve the problem of lack of deep air volume,and the air volume in the mining area is adjustable and control-lable.In order to solve the problem of insufficient deep air volume and high ventilation resistance,it is neces-sary to expand the-370~-520 m horizontal return air shaft with a net diameter of 3.5 m.After optimization,the total air volume of the mine is 104.37 m3/s,which is 4.37%more than the designed air volume.The air volume distribution of each main production section is reasonable,which meets the needs of underground mining,excavation,filling and various production operations.
