Feasibility Study on Reformation of Dust Removal System of Crushing and Screening in Coal Washing Plant
In order to optimize the working environment of the factory,the goal of clean production is fully realized.Aiming at the problem of dust raising in the division order of crushing screen in a coal washing plant in Shanxi Province,based on the analysis of the current operating status of the existing equipment,combined with the requirements of industry standards and design specifications,the upgrading scheme of the dust removal system conforming to the actual production situation on site is obtained.And through the systematic checking of the scheme,To ensure the rationality of the program,which not only improves the quality of the working environment of workers,but also reduces the loss of mineral powder in the form of dust,so as to achieve the discharge requirements of the plant.It has great social bendfits.
