Expeviment and Engineering Design of a Super Iron Concentrate in Lu'an
In order to develop and utilize the ordinary iron concentrate produced by a concentrator in Lu'an,the beneficiation test research and concentrator design are carried out based on the analysis of multi-element analysis and phase analysis of raw materials.According to the results of mineral processing test,the process of grinding-two-stage low intensity magnetic separation-elutriation-one roughing and two scavenging reverse flotation is adopted.Under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounting for 90%,the high-quality super iron concentrate with TFe grade of 72.14%,SiO2 content of 0.098%and Al2O3 content of 0.081%can be obtained,which provides a useful reference for the subsequent production and construction of similar super iron concentrate.
