摘要
针对选矿过程中铁矿石品位决策问题,将实际生产数据智能解析和"五品联动"机理模型相结合,进行品位-成本关系的量化分析.参考矿冶工程中原矿品位、精矿品位和上下游环节的成本及价格关系,提出与选矿环节相关的铁矿石品位-成本分析优化方法.经过对实际生产数据的仿真计算,所得优化结果符合实际生产情况,有一定应用价值.
Abstract
In addressing the decision-making problem regarding the grade of iron ore in the ore benefi-ciation process,the actual production data is intelligently analyzed in conjunction with the"five-grade link-age"mechanism model to conduct a quantitative analysis of the grade-cost relationship.Additionally,refer-ence is made to the cost and price relationships of crude and refined ore grades as well as upstream and downstream processes in metallurgical engineering.This leads to the proposal of an optimization method for the analysis of iron ore grade-cost relevant to the beneficiation process.Through simulation calculations based on actual production data,the optimized results obtained are consistent with the actual production sit-uation,demonstrating certain practical value.
