中国铁尾矿再选工艺研究现状与展望

为进一步实现铁尾矿的高效分选,为铁尾矿再选工艺与流程优化提供合理化参考,针对中国目前单一选别、重磁浮联合、磁化焙烧—磁选及分散—选择性絮凝等再选工艺进行了深入探讨,分析归纳了近年来中国铁尾矿中铁矿物的高效再选回收技术现状.归纳总结得出:单一选别工艺适用于目的矿物成分简单的铁尾矿,其易操作且成本低;针对成分较复杂的铁尾矿,通常采用重磁浮联合分选工艺进行含铁矿物再选;铁尾矿粒度过细时,使用分散—选择性絮凝工艺可有效解决矿物泥化问题,避免细粒矿物流失;对于传统选别工艺无法高效分选的铁尾矿,可使用磁化焙烧—磁选技术来提高分选指标,实现铁尾矿的资源化利用;在当前双碳背景下,未来中国铁尾矿中铁矿物再选技术的研究方向将聚焦在尾矿再选分级预处理、绿色低温浮选药剂研发、磁化焙烧—磁选在工业生产中的应用、加氢还原工艺等方面.
Research Status and Prospect of Iron Tailings Re-separation Process in China
In order to further realize the efficient separation of iron tailings and provide a reasonable reference for the optimization of iron tailings re-separation process,the re-separation processes such as sin-gle separation,gravity-magnetic flotation combination,magnetization roasting-magnetic separation and dis-persion-selective flocculation in China are discussed in depth.The current status of efficient re-separation and recovery technology of iron minerals in iron tailings in China in recent years is analyzed and summa-rized.It is concluded that the single separation process is suitable for iron tailings with simple mineral com-position,which is easy to operate and low in cost.For iron tailings with complex composition,the combined separation process of gravity and magnetic flotation is usually used to re-select iron-containing minerals.When the particle size of iron tailings is too fine,the use of dispersion-selective flocculation process can ef-fectively solve the problem of mineral slime and avoid the loss of fine minerals.For the iron tailings that can-not be efficiently separated by the traditional separation process,the magnetization roasting-magnetic sepa-ration technology can be used to improve the separation index and realize the resource utilization of iron tail-ings.Under the current dual-carbon background,the research direction of iron mineral re-separation tech-nology in China's iron tailings in the future will focus on tailings re-separation grading pretreatment,green low-temperature flotation reagent development,magnetization roasting-magnetic separation in industrial production application,hydrogenation reduction process and so on.
