新型组合捕收剂WY-1浮选新疆某铁尾矿中钛铁矿试验

新疆某钛铁矿选厂选铁尾矿经重选—弱磁—强磁获得的强磁钛粗精矿TiO2品位仅为11.91%,为高效回收该低品位强磁钛粗精矿,利用自主研发的新型组合捕收剂WY-1进行了浮选试验研究.试验结果表明:以硫酸、水玻璃作为调整剂,硝酸铅作为活化剂,WY-1作为组合捕收剂,低品位强磁粗精矿经脱硫、1粗1扫3精浮选闭路试验,获得了TiO2品位46.87%、回收率77.99%的良好指标;新型组合捕收剂WY-1对低品位钛铁矿具有良好的捕收效果,且可有效提高低品位钛铁矿资源的回收率.
Flotation Test of Ilmenite in Iron Tailings of Xinjiang by New Combined Collector WY-1
The high-magnetic titanium rough concentrate with TiO2 grade of only 11.91%is obtained by gravity separation-low intensity magnetic separation-high intensity magnetic separation from the iron tail-ings of an ilmenite concentrator in Xinjiang.In order to efficiently recover the low-grade high-magnetic tita-nium rough concentrate,the flotation test is carried out by using the self-developed new combined collector WY-1.The test results show that with sulfuric acid and water glass as the regulator,lead nitrate as the acti-vator,and WY-1 as the combined collector,a good index of TiO2 grade of 46.87%and recovery of 77.99%is obtained by the closed-circuit test of desulfurization,one roughing,one scavenging and three cleaning of low-grade high intensity magnetic rough concentrate.The new combined collector WY-1 has a good collect-ing effect on low-grade ilmenite,and can effectively improve the recovery rate of low-grade ilmenite re-sources.
