Research Status and Prospect of Binder in Acid Granulation Heap Leaching
In order to apply acid granulation technology in mineral heap leaching,according to the dif-ferent properties of binders in mineral acid granulation,the applicable conditions of various binders in acid granulation process are discussed,and four simple and effective binder addition effect detection methods are listed to evaluate the granulation effect of binders.In the future,the research and development of new binders that meet the granulation requirements,have low cost and good bonding performance is the key di-rection of binder research,and it is also the key to whether the acid granulation technology can be applied to industrial production on a large scale.
