Safety Study of Room and Pillar Mining Method in Baixiang Wollastonite Mine
In order to explore the feasibility of the room and pillar mining method used in Baixiang Wollastonite Mine to recover the ore body within the mining depth of the mining rights,the rock stability of the ore body is studied.Under the condition of current stope structure parameters of the room and pillar min-ing method,the reasonable mining depth of the ore body is determined by theoretical analysis and calcula-tion of pillar strength and stress with mining depth.Then,FLAC3D numerical simulation software is used to analyze the stability of ore rock mass after mining from three aspects of displacement,stress and plastic zone.By comparing the results of theoretical and numerical simulation analysis,the optimal value is select-ed,and the maximum safe mining depth of the ore body is finally determined to be-153 m,and the safety safeguard measures are put forward to provide a theoretical basis for the safe mining of the mine.
