米拉多铜矿排土场坡脚区域软基处理数值模拟分析

米拉多铜矿排土场坡脚区域堆积了厚大黏土层,直接堆排易出现底鼓式滑动现象.根据太沙基渗流固结理论,可通过堆载预压和碎石桩排水来提高软基固结度.采用Boussinesq应力计算方法来模拟软基堆载和排水的过程,共设置了5级堆排及120 d的模拟周期来研究其治理过程中沉降、压力、固结度随着堆载时间以及深度的变化规律.研究结果表明,瞬时沉降主要发生在堆载期,固结沉降在堆载全过程不断累积,且固结沉降要大于瞬时沉降,总沉降量随着深度而不断减少;超孔隙水压力出现在堆载期,而在静置期耗散,造成了有效应力在堆载全过程不断提高;固结度在堆载前期迅速增加,在堆载期间减少,在堆载后期不断缓慢提高,且随着软基深度的增加,其固结度不断减少.
Numerical Simulation Analysis of Soft Foundation Treatment in Slope Foot Area of Mirador Copper Mine
There is a large thick clay layer deposited at the foot of the slope of the dump of Mirador Copper Mine,which is prone to the phenomenon of floor heave sliding.According to the Terzaghi seepage consolidation theory,the consolidation degree of soft foundation can be improved by preloading and drain-age of gravel piles.The Boussinesq stress calculation method is used to simulate the loading and drainage process of soft foundation.A total of 5 levels of reactor discharge and a simulation period of 120 days are set to study the variation law of settlement,pressure and consolidation degree with the loading time and depth in the treatment process.The results show that the instantaneous settlement mainly occurs in the loading pe-riod,the consolidation settlement accumulates continuously in the whole loading process,and the consoli-dation settlement is greater than the instantaneous settlement,and the total settlement decreases with the depth.The excess pore water pressure appears in the loading period,but dissipates in the static period,re-sulting in the increase of effective stress in the whole loading process.The degree of consolidation increases rapidly in the early stage of loading,decreases in the period of loading,slowly increases in the late stage of loading,and decreases with the increase of soft foundation depth.
