Study on Optimization of Utilization Coefficient of Ball Mill based on Response Surface Method
In order to optimize the grinding process parameters and improve the processing capacity of the ball mill,the single factor test is used to explore the influence of various operating parameters on the uti-lization coefficient of-0.074 mm of the ball mill.The optimum parameters obtained by single factor test are medium filling rate of 40%,material ball ratio of 0.057,slurry concentration of 70%,and the utilization co-efficient of-0.074 mm of the ball mill is 1.06 t/(m3·h).On the basis of single factor test,the response sur-face method is used to optimize the grinding process parameters.The optimal parameters are obtained as fol-lows:the slurry concentration is 68.97%,the material-ball ratio is 0.055 6,the medium filling rate is 37.64%,and the utilization coefficient of the corresponding ball mill-0.074 mm is 1.12 t/(m3·h),and the relative error between the actual value and the simulated value is less than 3%.Compared with the single fac-tor test,the optimal result of the response surface method test design scheme is that the utilization coeffi-cient of the ball mill-0.074 mm is relatively increased by 5.66%,indicating that the response surface meth-od can improve the utilization efficiency of the mill and provide accurate scheme design and parameter opti-mization for improving the subsequent selection index.
