Research on Maintenance Time Prediction of Rod Mill Based on Weibull Distribution
In order to solve the problem that the maintenance time interval of the rod mill in the con-centrator of mining enterprises depends entirely on manual experience,the grinding parameters of the rod mill are studied,and a new method for predicting the maintenance time of the rod mill based on Weibull dis-tribution is proposed.This method first collects the maintenance time data of the rod mill in an all-round way,and uses the graphic method to verify the compatibility between the data and the model.Then three methods of moment estimation,least squares estimation and maximum likelihood estimation are used to cal-culate Weibull parameters.By comparison,it is found that the parameters obtained by maximum likelihood estimation are β=2.4430 and η=40.843,which are the most consistent with the original data.Finally,K-S is used to verify the reliability of the test model.Finally,the maintenance time of the rod mill is determined to be 33 days according to the mode of reliability and fault interval time.The experimental results show that this method can effectively predict the maintenance time of rod mill,which can provide an important refer-ence for mining enterprises to plan maintenance strategies and manage rod mills.
