为了降低低品位铜矿的开发利用成本,提高矿山企业经济效益,利用X射线透射成像技术对江西某低品位硫化铜矿开展了X射线识别测试和预抛废半工业试验研究.通过识别测试确定了该铜矿品位与射线特征值之间存在的相关性,并以此建立了预抛废半工业试验的算法模型,确定了合理的分选阈值.试验结果表明:利用X射线成像技术能够对该铜矿进行有效预选,能预先抛除产率约20%、铜品位小于0.08%的尾矿,获得产率约80%、铜回收率大于95%的精矿,且试验结果可重复实现.
X-ray Pre-discarding Test of a Copper Mine in Jiangxi Province
In order to reduce the development and utilization cost of low-grade copper ore and im-prove the economic benefits of mining enterprises,X-ray identification test and pre-discarding semi-indus-trial test are carried out on a low-grade copper sulfide ore in Jiangxi Province by X-ray transmission imaging technology.The correlation between the grade of the copper mine and the characteristic value of the ray is de-termined by the identification test,and the algorithm model of the pre-discarding semi-industrial test is es-tablished,and the reasonable separation threshold is determined.The test results show that the X-ray imag-ing technology can be used to effectively pre-select the copper mine.The tailings with yield of about 20%and copper grade of less than 0.08%can be discarded in advance,and concentrate with yield of about 80%and copper recovery rate of more than 95%can be obtained,and the test results can be repeated.
