河北某铁矿磨前湿式预选工艺试验

河北某铁矿破碎产品磁滑轮干式抛尾水分含量高,细粒级占比多,抛尾废石磁性铁含量偏高,存在金属流失风险.为了减少金属损失,提高磨选系统效率,进行了破碎产品磨前湿式预选试验,研究了湿式预选磁场强度、上升冲击水压力对湿式预选机选别效果的影响.试验结果表明:入磨原矿在磁场强度318.47 kA/m、补水水压0.12 MPa的条件下进行湿式预选,可抛出产率23.72%、全铁品位8.53%的废石,磁性铁作业回收率为98.36%,入磨原矿品位由26.09%提高到31.55%,提高了5.46个百分点,取得了良好的经济和社会效益.
Test on Wet Preconcentration Process before Grinding of an Iron Mine in Hebei
The dry tail throwing of magnetic pulley of an iron ore crushing product in Hebei has high water content,high proportion of fine particles,and high magnetic iron content of tail throwing waste rock,which has the risk of metal loss.In order to reduce the metal loss and improve the efficiency of the grinding system,the wet pre-selection test of the crushing product before grinding is carried out,and the influence of the wet pre-selection magnetic field strength and the rising impact water pressure on the selection effect of the wet pre-selection machine is studied.The test results show that the wet preconcentration of the raw ore is carried out under the conditions of magnetic field strength of 318.47 kA/m and replenishing water pressure of 0.12 MPa.The waste rock with yield of 23.72%and total iron grade of 8.53%can be thrown out.The re-covery rate of magnetic iron is 98.36%,and the grade of raw ore into the grinding is increased from 26.09%to 31.55%,which is increased by 5.46 percentage points.Good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
