Optimization Practice of Large Gear Tooth Surface Lubrication System of Ball Mill
In order to improve the lubrication effect and prolong the service life of the large gear of ball mill in Luohe concentrator,aiming at the problems of the original lubrication system components aging,leakage of lubricating grease,single-line oil supply,no tooth surface temperature monitoring and poor field environment,the tooth surface lubrication system is optimized by using new lubrication control system,dou-ble-line oil supply,adding infrared temperature measuring device and centralized placement of system com-ponents.After the optimization of the lubrication system,the operation stability of the ball mill is enhanced,the equipment failure rate is reduced,the stable and smooth production is ensured,the amount of lubricat-ing grease is reduced,the cost of auxiliary materials is reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
