为了高效利用萤石矿产资源,提高萤石矿的入选品位以及分选出高品位的粒子矿,以江西中萤发展有限公司及浙江圣豪矿业有限公司的萤石矿为例,采用X射线预先分选工艺对其进行了分选.分选结果表明:采用X射线预先分选工艺,不仅提高了萤石精矿品位,还实现了废石的高效分离,萤石精矿品位能直接达到外销的品质要求;X射线智能分选机的应用,可有效提高企业的市场竞争力,减轻尾砂排放压力,最大化利用废石资源,企业经济效益显著.
Application of X-ray Intelligent Preconcentration Technology in Fluorite Mine
In order to make efficient use of fluorite mineral resources,improve the grade of fluorite ore and separate high-grade particle ore,the fluorite ores of Jiangxi Zhongying Development Company ore and Zhejiang Shenghao Company are taken as examples,and the fluorite ore is separated by X-ray pre-separa-tion process.The separation results show that the X-ray pre-separation process not only improves the grade of fluorite concentrate,but also realizes the efficient separation of waste rock.The grade of fluorite concen-trate can directly meet the quality requirements of export.The application of X-ray intelligent sorting ma-chine can effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,reduce the pressure of tailings dis-charge,maximize the use of waste rock resources.The economic benefit of the enterprise is remarkable.
