Research on Collapsible Self-locking Recoverable Bolt Device
In order to further improve the technology of recoverable bolt,a new type of collapsible self-locking recoverable bolt device is developed in view of the problems of unrecoverable metal bolt sup-port in coal mine roadway,poor anchoring performance and low recovery rate.The bearing capacity of the recoverable rod body and the self-locking connecting mechanism is verified by the test,and the metal rod body can be recycled and reused by the industrial test.The construction of the new type of collapsible self-locking recoverable bolt is simple,the rod body can be recycled,the steel resources can be saved,the support cost can be reduced,and the theoretical basis and practical experience are provided for the appli-cation of the new type of mechanical recoverable end anchor bolt support technology.
