Design and Application of Self-protection System for Underground Overhead Passenger Device
In order to solve the safety accident caused by shaft breaking and rope breaking of overhead passenger device in underground coal mine,the structure composition and common faults of the device are analyzed,and the key technology of shaft breaking and rope breaking self-protection is put forward.The wedge-shaped wire rope breaking arrest structure is designed.The wedge-shaped brake is used to ensure the arresting strength,and the differential hydraulic control system is used to realize the fast arresting brak-ing.In order to verify the rationality of the design of the scheme,the installation and debugging in a coal mine site,the application results show that the use of hydraulic control system and high-precision displace-ment sensor to realize the emergency braking and positioning of the overhead passenger device,the response time is only 0.43 s,effectively avoiding shaft breaking and rope breaking accidents.The research results can provide reference for the safety operation,maintenance and upgrading of overhead passenger device in the later stage.
