Research on Emergency Management Capability Evaluation Based on AHP-EWM Method
Mine emergency management capability affects the results of mine accident disaster dispos-al,and excellent emergency management capability is of great significance for disaster prevention and miti-gation.In order to scientifically evaluate the emergency management ability of underground coal mines,an evaluation index system covering the main work content of emergency management at each stage is estab-lished.The subjective and objective combination weighting method combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method and the simple weighting method are used as the evaluation method to determine the weight of each index.The results show that the importance of each stage of emergency management abili-ty is ranked as prevention stage>response stage>preparation stage>recovery stage,reflecting the princi-ple of prevention first and combining prevention with prevention.Combined with a mine example,the paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the emergency management ability,and provides suggestions for im-proving the emergency management ability of the mine.
