Experimental Study on Blasting Grooving of Non-cutting Well in High-segment Hard Rock
WhenWuji Iron Mine(northern section)adopts high-segment mining, the traditional cut-ting wells have the disadvantages of poor construction safety, long cycle and high cost.Combined with the characteristics of the ore body and the successful experience of similar mines, the blasting grooving test of non-cutting well in high-segment hard rock was designed and carried out.The feasibility of blasting grooving of non-cutting well in high-segment hard rock mining is demonstrated by the theoretical calculation of com-pensation space, and the blasting process parameters are designed. The test results show that when the seg-mentation height is 25 m,the construction accuracy of medium-length hole is difficult to control, there is a problem of large clamping production, and the risk of blasting failure is high. For the mining of high-seg-ment hard rock, the effect of blasting grooving of non-cutting well is poor. The test results can provide refer-ence for similar mines.
