粉煤灰性质及脱碳技术研究现状

为了促进粉煤灰的资源化利用,针对粉煤灰堆积量庞大的问题,对粉煤灰的矿物组成、粒度特征以及表面性质等进行了总结,并在此基础上归纳了浮选、电选、重选和分级法等粉煤灰脱碳技术的研究及应用现状.根据当前粉煤灰脱碳技术研究现状,系统地评价了脱碳技术存在的局限性,并指出了当前粉煤灰脱碳技术存在的缺陷,从而为粉煤灰脱碳技术提供新的研究思路和技术途径,促进粉煤灰更好地实现资源化利用,为环境保护和矿业可持续发展提供指导.
Research Status of Properties and Decarburization Technology of Fly Ash
In order to promote the resource utilization of fly ash,aiming at the problem of large accu-mulation of fly ash,the mineral composition,particle size characteristics and surface properties of fly ash are summarized.On this basis,the research and application status of fly ash decarburization technologies such as flotation,electric separation,gravity separation and classification are summarized.According to the current research status of fly ash decarbonization technology,the limitations of decarbonization technology are systematically evaluated,and the defects of current fly ash decarbonization technology are pointed out,so as to provide new research ideas and technical approaches for fly ash decarbonization technology,pro-mote the better resource utilization of fly ash,and provide guidance for environmental protection and sustain-able development of mining industry.
