Geochemical Characteristics and Prospecting Potential of 1∶10 000 Soil Survey in Duojitang Area,West Qinling Mountains
The Duojitang area of the West Qinling Mountains is located in the Tongde-Zekuhind fore-land basin of the Indosinian orogenic belt, the Tongde-Zeku-Indosinian metallogenic belt of copper, lead, zinc, gold, tungsten, bismuth and tin.In order to quickly delineate the prospecting target area and clarify the prospecting direction,a soil survey of 1∶10 000 is carried out in the study area.According to the test re-sults of 11 elements, such as Au,Ag,As,W,Sn,Mo,Sb and Bi,which are closely related to mineraliza-tion,the geochemical characteristics of elements in this area are analyzed, and W and Au are determined to be the main ore-forming elements in the study area.Combined with the metallogenic geological background,9 comprehensive anomalies are delineated, and a number of tungsten bodies and gold mineralization clues are found through anomaly inspection, which indicated that this area has good metallogenic geological and geochemical conditions and has the potential for tungsten and gold deposits.
