Research and Application of Optimization of Mine Ventilation System in Northern Zone of Sareke Copper Mine
With the deepening of mining depth,after the mining of Sareke Copper mine enters the middle part of deep development,there are some problems in underground ventilation,such as continuous increase of wind resistance,air pollution retention and short circuit of air flow.The original mine ventilation system can no longer meet the needs of mine production.Aiming at the problems existing in mine ventila-tion,the three-dimensional visualization ventilation model of large mine is established by using Ventsim mining ventilation software.The mine ventilation system is divided into 2 790~2 850 m,2 730~2 790 m,2 670~2 730 m and 2 630~2 670 m independent ventilation system.The optimization of each system is car-ried out by means of ventilation line optimization,ventilation structure optimization,ventilation shaft sec-tion optimization and so on.The practice results show that the optimized mine ventilation system can greatly improve the ventilation efficiency and ensure the development of high quality mine.
