Research on the Support Technology of Roadway with Variable Thickness Gangue in Bifurcated Area of Coal Seam
In order to solve the problems of variable thickness gangue in the bifurcated area of road-way 7302 working face in Zhaolou Coal Mine and the large difference in roof stability caused by upper stop-ing,the sliding field theory is used for calculation,and the plastic failure depth of roof is detected by drill-ing.ANSYS software is used to simulate and optimize the plastic failure,stress and strain distribution of roof before and after roadway.The safety of the optimized support scheme is studied.The results show that the plastic failure depth of roof caused by mining in upper roadway is 4.71 m.When the thickness of roadway roof is greater than 5 m,there are fewer cracks in the inside of gangue.When the original support scheme is adopted in stoping the 7302 face,plastic failure occurs in the roof of both transportation and track heading.According to the damage condition of the roof of each thickness of gangue,the roof of the roadway is divided into three types:1~3 m,3~5 m and above 5 m,and the corresponding supporting scheme is proposed.The maximum settlement of the final roof is 15.2 mm,which can be safely mined.
