某矿多风井联合通风系统优化

随着花垴新风井的投入使用,常村煤矿回风井数量达到4个,形成了复杂的六进四回多风井联合通风系统,其矿井通风能耗将是需要考虑的重要问题.结合通风网络分析,进行常村煤矿节能减排研究,分析表明,王村风井的通风动力调整措施对全矿井的通风功耗影响最大.因此,提出了加强风门管理、减少漏风(方案一)和2701工作面接替2302工作面(方案二).通过对比分析2种方案对通风系统的影响,发现方案二的节能效果更加明显.通过通风机变频调节可节约电费319.15万元,产生良好的经济效益,对于保障矿井生产可持续发展具有重要的现实指导意义和应用前景.
Optimization of Combined Ventilation System of Multiple Air Shafts in a Mine
With the putting into use of new air shaft called Huanao,the number of return air shafts in Changcun Coal Mine has reached 4,forming a complex combined ventilation system of six in and four out air shafts,and the mine ventilation energy consumption will be an important issue to be considered.Combined with the analysis of ventilation network,the study of energy saving and emission reduction in Changcun Coal Mine is carried out.The analysis shows that the ventilation power adjustment measures of Wangcun air shaft have the greatest influence on the ventilation power consumption of the whole mine.Therefore,strengthening the management of the damper,reducinge air leakage(Plan I)and replacing the 2302 working face with the 2701 working face(Plan II)are proposed.Through comparative analysis of the influence of the two schemes on the ventilation system,it is found that the energy-saving effect of the second scheme is more obvious,which can save 3 191 500 yuan of electricity,and produce good economic benefits through the main fan fre-quency conversion adjustment,which has important practical guiding significance and application prospects for ensuring the sustainable development of mine production.
