某硫铁矿石浮硫工艺试验

安徽某硫铁矿选厂为提高硫精矿的有效硫品位,并尽可能提高有效硫的回收率,在原矿性质研究的基础上进行了硫浮选试验研究.研究结果表明:磨矿细度是影响硫精矿有效硫回收率的关键因素,在磨矿细度-0.076 mm50%的条件下,采用磨矿—1粗1精1扫浮选闭路流程,可获得有效硫品位41.55%、有效硫回收率93.65%的硫精矿,不仅实现了硫精矿的有效回收,同时提高了资源的综合利用效率,可为该高硫矿生产提供参考依据.
Experiment on Floating Sulfur Process of a Pyrite Ore
In order to improve the effective sulfur grade of sulfur concentrate and improve the recov-ery rate of effective sulfur as much as possible,sulfur flotation test is carried out on the basis of the study of raw ore properties in a pyrite concentrator in Anhui.The results show that the grinding fineness is the key factor affecting the effective sulfur recovery rate of sulfur concentrate.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.076 mm50%,the sulfur concentrate with effective sulfur grade of 41.55%and effective sul-fur recovery rate of 93.65%can be obtained by using the closed circuit flotation process of grinding-one roughing one cleaning one scavenging.It not only realizes the effective recovery of sulfur concentrate,but also improves the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources,which can provide reference for the production of high sulfur ore.
