湖北某含铜多金属矿工艺矿物学研究

湖北某含铜多金属矿石嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒度不均,属于难选复杂多金属硫化矿,为了高效开发利用该含铜多金属矿,对其进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究.研究结果表明:该矿石中的主要回收对象为黄铜矿、方铅矿(内含有银物料)和闪锌矿,其铜、铅、锌的品位分别为0.71%、1.12%和3.56%;矿石中的铜主要是以黄铜矿的形式存在,铅主要以方铅矿的形式存在,锌主要以铁闪锌矿和闪锌矿的形式存在;为较好地实现铜、铅、锌和银有价元素的回收,建议采用铜铅混合浮选—混合精矿铜铅分离—选铜铅尾矿选锌工艺流程.
Process Mineralogy Research of a Copper-containing Polymetallic Ore in Hubei Province
A copper-bearing polymetallic ore in Hubei Province is a complex refractory polymetallic sulfide ore with complex dissemination relationship and uneven dissemination size.In order to efficiently de-velop and utilize the copper-bearing polymetallic ore,a systematic process mineralogy study is carried out.The results show that the main recovery objects in the ore are chalcopyrite,galena(containing silver materi-al)and sphalerite,and the grade of copper,lead and zinc is 0.71%,1.12%and 3.56%respectively.The copper in the ore mainly exists in the form of chalcopyrite,the lead mainly exists in the form of galena,and the zinc mainly exists in the form of marmatite and sphalerite.In order to better realize the recovery of valu-able elements of copper,lead,zinc and silver,it is suggested to adopt the process flow of copper-lead bulk flotation-copper-lead separation of bulk concentrate-zinc separation from copper-lead tailings.
