矿石粒度对氰化浸金浸出率的影响研究

为了优化氰化浸金工艺参数,针对矿石粒度对金浸出过程的影响,进行了浸出试验和动力学分析研究.研究结果表明:矿石粒度减小,能显著提高金浸出率并加快浸出速率,缩核模型能很好地描述不同粒度下金的浸出过程;矿石粒度减小能显著增大比表面积,降低传质阻力;综合考虑金浸出效率和能耗,确定 0.074~0.250 mm粒级为最佳粒度范围,其能耗效率最高,达1.21%/[(kW·h/t)].该研究为氰化法金浸出工艺参数优化提供了重要依据,对氰化法工艺的可持续发展具有重要意义.
Study on the Effect of Ore Particle Size on the Leaching Rate of Cyanide Leaching Gold
In order to optimize the process parameters of cyanide leaching of gold,the leaching test and kinetic analysis are carried out in view of the influence of ore particle size on gold leaching process.The results show that the decrease of ore particle size can significantly improve the gold leaching rate and accel-erate the leaching rate.The shrinking core model can well describe the leaching process of gold under differ-ent particle sizes.The decrease of ore particle size can significantly increase the specific surface area and re-duce the mass transfer resistance.Considering the gold leaching efficiency and energy consumption,the par-ticle size range of 0.074-0.250 mm is determined to be the best particle size range,and its energy consump-tion efficiency is the highest,reaching 1.21%/[(kW·h/t)].This study provides an important basis for the opti-mization of gold leaching process parameters by cyanidation,and is of great significance to the sustainable development of cyanidation process.
