高压辊磨系统布料皮带机改造实践

为了解决皮带机输送带接头和传动系统故障率高的问题,通过输送带选型理论计算和对皮带机驱动系统的故障分析,提出对皮带机进行提速,以减少输送带的张力,提高输送带的安全系数,并选用具有低速大转矩特性的永磁电机和变频驱动智能控制系统代替软启动器驱动电机加减速机的驱动方式,以减少传动的中间环节和启动冲击造成的减速机齿轮损坏的问题.实践结果表明,改造后的皮带机应用效果良好.
Reform Practice of the Fabric Belt Conveyor in the High Pressure Grinding Roller System
In order to solve the problem of high failure rate of conveyor belt joint and transmission sys-tem of belt conveyor,through the theoretical calculation of conveyor belt selection and the fault analysis of belt conveyor drive system,it is proposed to speed up the belt conveyor to reduce the tension of the conveyor belt and improve the safety factor of the conveyor belt.The permanent magnet motor and variable frequency drive intelligent control system with low speed and high torque characteristics are selected to replace the driving mode of soft starter drive motor and reducer,so as to reduce the damage of reducer gear caused by transmission intermediate link and starting impact.The practical results show that the modified belt convey-or has good application effect.
