Development and Application of a Cyclone with Curved Bottom Structure
Aiming at the problem of low classification efficiency of cyclone in primary grinding and classification of iron ore,the development and research of curved bottom structure cyclone were carried out by using the enhanced underflow diversion technology,and the laboratory test and industrial application test are carried out by using the developed curved bottom structure cyclone.The test results show that compared with the traditional cylindrical flat-bottomed cyclone,the overflow-74 μm particle content is increased by 3～5 percentage points,the underflow-74 μm content of the cyclone is reduced by 1～4 percentage points,and the cyclone classification efficiency is increased by 4～9 percentage points.The classification effect of the curved bottom structure cyclone is better.
