Experimental Study and Engineering Application of a New Type Cementitious Filling Material for Graded Tailings in a Copper Mine
In order to study the feasibility of a new type of cementing material as a filling cementing agent for a copper mine, laboratory and industrial tests are carried out,and the uniaxial compressive strength of two kinds of test backfills are respectively tested and analyzed comprehensively. The laboratory test results show that the initial strength of the new cementing material is relatively low,and the strength ris-es rapidly in the later period. The industrial test results show that the new type of cementified material can meet the filling strength requirements of different parts of the mine, the uniaxial compressive strength of the samples taken from the mine is higher than that of the laboratory test, the mine filling and cementation integ-rity is good, and the overall strength stability of the mine is high.Comprehensive analysis shows that the backfill exposed on both sides of the pillar after mining is stable and the dilution rate is low.Comprehensive analysis shows that the backfill exposed on both sides of the pillar after mining is stable and the dilution rate is low.Taking the high-strength filling cost as an example, the filling cost of the new cementing material as a cementing agent is 72.67 yuan/m³,which is 22.69%lower than the general silicone cement, and the com-prehensive cost performance is higher.
