Sludge Solidification Test of Water System Renovation Project in a Metal Mining Area
In order to promote the harmless treatment of water system sludge in metal mining areas, the solidification effect of heavy metals in river sludge around metal mining areas is studied. In the experi-ment,cement,lime and curing agent are used to solidify the sludge, and the compressive strength test and heavy metal leaching toxicity test are carried out on the test blocks of different curing ages. The test results show that the mechanical properties of the samples are good under the conditions of curing agent dosage of 0.022%,lime dosage of 10%and cement dosage of 6%.The compressive strength of the samples after 7 days of curing is 0.78 MPa,and the curing effect of heavy metals is the best, which is lower than the limit value of GB/T 41015.The study can provide an effective way for the harmless treatment of water system sludge to ensure the safety of water system environment in metal mining areas.
