Optimization Research and Application of On-line Energy Monitoring System in Mining Enterprises
In order to promote the intelligent development of mine energy management and eliminate the traditional manual recording and field inspection of energy monitoring methods in a building material mine,an intelligent energy online monitoring system based on Internet of Things technology and energy hier-archical measurement and control mode is proposed.A mine energy online monitoring system integrating mine energy data collection,statistics,analysis,early warning and management is constructed.The system adopts hierarchical measurement and control,which can provide the most intuitive production energy infor-mation for mining enterprises.Through the equipment energy linkage algorithm,the energy consumption of large equipments such as crusher and vibrating screen is tracked in real time,and the operation optimization suggestions of mine energy-using equipment are given to realize the linkage of energy-saving equipment.The application practice of the on-line monitoring system proves that the system has a powerful function of equipment linkage and consumption reduction,which can timely warn the energy consumption risk of large equipment,and intelligently control the energy use of multiple types of equipment through the equipment en-ergy linkage algorithm,which can improve the utilization efficiency of mine energy resources,reduce ener-gy consumption and avoid environmental pollution.
