摘要
爆破班组安全标准化建设直接影响着企业安全生产、工作效率、经营成本等各项指标,是矿山安全管理的重点工作之一.从安全管理制度、班组组织结构、标准化作业流程、安全教育与培训、智能化安全保障和工作环境提升6个方面,阐述了和尚桥铁矿爆破班组安全标准化建设体系,总结了标准化建设过程中取得的实践成果.和尚桥铁矿爆破班组安全标准化建设的成效显著,实现连续13a的安全生产,取得了较好的安全标准化建设经验,可以为相似矿山班组管理提供参考.
Abstract
The safety standardization construction of blasting team directly affects the safety produc-tion,work efficiency,operation cost and other indicators of enterprises,which is one of the key tasks of mine safety management.From six aspects of safety management system,team organization structure,stan-dardized operation process,safety education and training,intelligent safety guarantee and working environ-ment improvement,this paper expounds the safety standardization construction system of blasting team in Heshangqiao Iron Mine,and summarizes the practical results obtained in the process of standardization con-struction.The safety standardization construction of blasting team in Heshangqiao Iron Mine has achieved re-markable results,achieved 13 consecutive years of safe production,and achieved good safety standardiza-tion construction experience,which can provide reference for team management in similar mines.
