长城煤矿3501工作面大跨度切眼支护技术

针对工作面大跨度切眼的围岩稳定性问题,通过对巷道特点及原技术方案的分析,提出对顶板采用全锚索的支护方案.通过相关理论计算锚索布置参数,并根据矿井技术装备对参数进行优化,确定锚索长度8.0 m,直径22 mm,间排距均为1m.采用FLAC3D模拟顶板全锚索、锚杆+锚索2种支护方案下围岩应力、位移及塑性区的分布情况.通过对比可知,采用顶板全锚索支护最大垂直应力、最大应力集中系数及最大垂直位移较锚杆+锚索支护方案分别减小了10.8 MPa、0.74、43 mm,同时拉伸屈服的范围明显减小.经过现场实践及测试表明,应用该支护方案后能够保证切眼的稳定性,对同类型矿山具有借鉴价值.
Large Span Open-off Cut Support Technology of 3501 Working Face in Changcheng Coal Mine
Aiming at the stability of surrounding rock of large-span open-off cut in working face,through the analysis of roadway characteristics and original technical scheme,the support scheme of full an-chor cable for roof is proposed.The anchor cable layout parameters are calculated by relevant theories,and the parameters are optimized according to the mine technical equipment.The length of the anchor cable is 8.0 m,the diameter is 22 mm,and the row spacing is 1 m.FLAC3D was used to simulate the distribution of stress,displacement and plastic zone of surrounding rock under two support schemes of roof full anchor ca-ble and bolt+anchor cable.Through comparison,it can be seen that the maximum vertical stress,maximum stress concentration factor and maximum vertical displacement of the roof full anchor cable support are re-duced by 10.8 MPa,0.74 and 43 mm respectively compared with the bolt+anchor cable support scheme,and the range of tensile yield is obviously reduced.The field practice and test show that the application of this support scheme can ensure the stability of the open-off cut,which has reference value for the same type of mine.
