某矿深部采准巷道复合层状顶板支护技术研究

以某煤矿40303工作面为研究背景,通过对复合层状顶板锚固而产生的组合岩梁进行力学分析,推导出其下侧位置的最大拉应力的计算公式,进一步确定锚杆的长度,并进行现场应用.根据现场监测数据可得,经过锚固构成的组合岩梁可以有效地承载较大的上覆垂直荷载以及水平构造应力,所采取的支护方案也能够有效地控制复合顶板的变形,从而获得良好的支护效果.
Study on Composite Layered Roof Support Technology in Deep Mining Roadway in a Mine
Taking the 40303 working face of a coal mine as the research background,through the me-chanical analysis of the composite rock beam generated by the anchorage of the composite layered roof,the calculation formula of the maximum tensile stress at the lower side position is derived,and the length of the bolt is further determined,and the field application is carried out.According to the field monitoring data,the composite rock beam formed by anchoring can effectively bear large overlying vertical load and horizon-tal structural stress,and the supporting scheme adopted can also effectively control the deformation of the composite roof,which obtains good supporting effect.
