Research on Support Technology for Fractured Surrounding Rock in Excavation Tunnels
In order to solve the problem that the roof rock layer of the roadway is broken and the an-chorage force of the bolt(cable)is failure after the original anchor-net-cable is supported in the 6607 groove,combined with drilling to observe the failure depth of the roof,the grouting anchor cable is proposed to reinforce the surrounding rock twice.COMSOL software is used to simulate the effects of different grouting pressure,time and anchor cable layout on the grouting effect.According to the simulation results,the diffu-sion range gradually increased with the increase of grouting pressure and time,but the growth rate of the dif-fusion range gradually slowed down.The optimal grouting pressure and time are 4 MPa and 8 min respective-ly.When the hexagonal arrangement is adopted,the slurry can be fully diffused to the area above the roof,and there is no leakage on both sides of the roof,and the grouting effect is good.The supporting effect is veri-fied by dynamic monitoring of the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.The monitoring results show that the deformation of the roof shows a trend of rapid increase at first and then gradually stable,and the maximum subsidence of the roof is 210 mm.Within the safe range,the anchor-net-cable+grouting ca-ble reinforcement can ensure the safe and efficient tunneling of the roadway.
