千米定向钻机在矿井高瓦斯治理的应用研究

山西某矿前期工作面瓦斯治理采用本煤层顺层钻孔预抽,高位钻孔和插管进行上隅角瓦斯抽采,瓦斯治理工程周期为5个月.为优化瓦斯治理工程施工周期,采用千米定向钻技术进行采前预抽,并对抽采半径进行数值模拟.结果表明,15 d时,千米定向钻孔抽采半径是普通钻孔的5倍.后期现场考察分析表明,回采期间边采边抽,抽采工程周期缩短了4个月,治理效果显著;回采期间2311综放面上隅角和回风巷瓦斯浓度均低于1%.综合分析表明,千米定向钻瓦斯抽采效率和施工效率均大幅提高,工程量大幅减少,无需施工高位钻孔,实现了钻孔"一孔两用".
Application Research of Kilometer-directional Drill in High Gas Treatment of a Mine
In a mine in Shanxi Province,the gas treatment in the early working face is pre-pumping by drilling along the seam,and upper corner gas extraction by drilling and intubation at the high level.The gas treatment engineering cycle is 5 months.In order to optimize the construction period of gas control proj-ect,kilometer directional drilling technology is used for pre-pumping before mining,and the extraction radi-us is numerically simulation.The results shows that the extraction radius of kilometer directional drilling is 5 times that of ordinary drilling at 15 days.The later field investigation and analysis show that the period of the extraction project is shortened by 4 months during the mining,and the treatment effect is remarkable.The gas concentration in the corner of the 2311 fully mechanized caving surface and the return air roadway is low-er than 1%during the mining.The comprehensive analysis shows that the gas control effect of kilometer-di-rectional drilling is remarkable,the extraction efficiency and construction efficiency are greatly improved,the engineering amount is greatly reduced,there is no need to build high level drilling,and the drilling"one hole for two purposes"is realized.
