LA-ICP-MS Zircon U-Pb Chronology Research and Genetic Analysis of Qiling Granite in Northern Guangdong Province
The geochemistry and LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb age of Qiling granite in northern Guang-dong Province are analyzed by sampling. The results show that the content of Si and Al in the rocks is high, with an average of ω(SiO2)is 73.41%and ω(Al2O3)is 13.95%.The content of potassium is higher than that of sodium, and the average K2O/Na2O is 1.89.The highly enriched incompatible elements are Rb,K,Th and U,while the deficient elements are Ba,Nb,Sr and Ti.The average ΣREE is 209.19×10-6,the Eu defi-cit is obvious, and the average δEu is 0.25.The rare-earth elements are enriched in a right-leaning distribu-tion pattern, and LA-ICP-MS zircon is 154.3±3.1 Ma,reflecting the product of Late Jurassic magmatic ac-tivity.Comprehensive analysis shows that the Qiling pluton is reactivated by the subduction of the Pacific plate in the Nanling area in the early Yanshan period, and the components of the old crustal metamorphic sedimentary rocks are formed by partial melting under the background of tensile extension structure.
