减水剂在某铜矿配制高强度充填体的应用研究

针对某铜矿山充填料浆流动性差,充填体强度难于满足生产需求的问题,通过开展料浆塌落度测试与单轴抗压强度试验,对比分析了AP型减水剂对料浆流动性能与胶结充填体单轴抗压强度特征的影响.研究结果表明:随着AP型减水剂用量的增大,胶结充填料浆流动性能与充填体强度将得到有效改善,90 d内胶结充填体单轴抗压强度降低的可能性较小,具有较好的稳定性;AP型减水剂存在用量阈值,其用量占料浆质量比大于1.2%时,对提升胶结充填体早期强度效果较为显著.在料浆质量浓度为75%、AP型减水剂用量为1.3%条件下,灰砂比为1∶15的胶结充填单轴抗压强度与未添加减水剂、灰砂比为1∶8的胶结充填体单轴抗压强度相当,且灰砂比为1∶12、1∶10与1∶8时胶结充填体28d强度均大于3.0 MPa.研究成果对该矿山探索胶结充填配比方案具有参考价值.
Study on the Application of Water Reducing Agent in the Preparation of High Strength Filling Body in a Copper Mine
Aiming at the problem that the fluidity of filling slurry in a copper mine is poor and the strength of filling body is difficult to meet the production demand,the influence of AP-type water reducing agent on the fluidity of slurry and the uniaxial compressive strength characteristics of cemented filling body was compared and analyzed by carrying out slurry slump test and uniaxial compressive strength test.The re-sults show that with the increase of the amount of AP-type water reducing agent,the fluidity of the cemented filling slurry and the strength of the filling body will be effectively improved.The possibility of reducing the uniaxial compressive strength of the cemented filling body within 90 days is small,and it has good stability.There is a threshold value for the dosage of AP-type superplasticizer.When the dosage of AP-type super-plasticizer is more than 1.2%of the mass ratio of slurry,it has a significant effect on improving the early strength of cemented backfill.Under the condition of slurry mass concentration of 75%and AP type water re-ducing agent dosage of 1.3%,the uniaxial compressive strength of cemented backfill with cement-sand ratio of 1∶15 is equivalent to that of cemented backfill without water reducing agent and cement-sand ratio of 1:8,and the 28 d strength of cemented backfill with cement-sand ratio of 1∶12,1∶10 and 1∶8 is greater than 3.0 MPa.The research results have reference value for exploring the scheme of cemented filling ratio in the mine.
