Research and Application of Efficient Well Blasting ExpansionTechnology in Complex Environment
In order to realize the efficient construction of small section deep well under complex envi-ronment and solve the problems of long construction period,high cost and low safety of traditional excava-tion method,an efficient well expansion technology based on subsection charging and bottom-up blasting in one hole of full section and full depth is proposed by optimizing blasting parameters and construction tech-nology.An original return air shaft with a section diameter of 1.2m is designed as a secondary blasting scheme with blasting free surface and initial compensation space.The radius of the crushing zone and frac-ture zone are calculated in detail by Mohr-Coulomb theory to ensure blasting effect.The optimal design of spiral micro-differential initiation between 6 holes and sections is completed by using downward blasting funnel and minimum compensation space fusion technology.The blasting energy can be evenly distributed in time and space by rationally arranging the difference of initiation time between the holes,so as to realize the rock fragmentation more effectively.Finally,according to Sadowski's empirical formula,the blasting vibra-tion particle velocity is checked to ensure that the blasting vibration is within the prescribed safety range.The research results show that the deep hole drilling blasting expansion construction method has achieved the expected effect,the blasting vibration is within the allowable range of relevant regulation,the construc-tion efficiency is significantly improved,the cost is effectively controlled,and the efficient well expansion technology has shown significant advantages in the construction of small section deep well excavation under complex environment,providing scientific basis and technical support for the implementation of similar en-gineering projects.
