掘进巷道过火成岩侵入区施工工艺及支护技术

阳城惠阳煤矿15104回风顺槽过火成岩侵入区时,煤体破碎严重,迎头煤壁及两帮煤柱预留难度大,围岩支护失效率高.针对这些技术难题,从围岩应力、煤层赋存、支护强度等几方面分析了煤体破碎机理,并根据掘进现状,对该矿掘进工艺及支护技术进行优化,提出了深孔预裂爆破施工技术以及"浅深孔注浆+让压锚棚+U29型钢棚"联合支护技术.应用效果表明:火成岩区掘进工艺及支护技术优化后,降低了掘进机过火成岩难度,设备故障率降低至5%以下,设备维修费用减少了27.8万元;同时煤体破碎垮落现象得到了明显控制,顶板下沉量降低至0.14 m,端头煤柱垮落长度降低至1.2 m,空顶距减小至0.8 m以下,取得了显著的应用成效.
Construction Technology and Support Technology of Tunneling Roadway Through Igneous Rock Intrusion Area
When the 15104 return airway of Huiyang Coal Mine in Yangcheng passes through the igne-ous rock intrusion area,the coal body is seriously broken,the reservation of the coal wall and the two coal pillars is difficult,and the failure rate of the surrounding rock support is high.In view of these technical problems,the mechanism of coal body crushing is analyzed from the aspects of surrounding rock stress,coal seam occurrence and support strength.According to the current situation of tunneling,the tunneling process and support technology are optimized.The construction technology of deep hole pre-splitting blasting and the combined support technology of'shallow deep hole grouting+yielding anchor shed+U29 steel shed'are put forward.The application results show that after the optimization of the excavation technology and support technology in the igneous rock area,the difficulty of the roadheader passing through the igneous rock is re-duced,the equipment failure rate is reduced to less than 5%,and the equipment maintenance cost is re-duced by 278,000 yuan.At the same time,the phenomenon of coal crushing and caving has been obviously controlled,the roof subsidence has been reduced to 0.14 m,the caving length of the end coal pillar has been reduced to 1.2 m,and the empty roof distance has been reduced to below 0.8 m,which has achieved remarkable application results.
