摘要

从系统布置、提升容器、钢丝绳及连接装置、提升装置等方面分析了《煤矿安全规程》和《金属非金属矿山安全规程》对立井提升系统设计的不同要求.针对与煤共(伴)生金属非金属矿山立井提升系统的设计,给出了提升容器与井壁等之间的最小间隙值、提升系统的过卷过放距离、单绳缠绕式提升机缠绕层数、钢丝绳及其连接装置的安全系数和使用寿命的取值参考.提出了防撞梁、托罐装置、罐笼升降无轨胶轮车保护装置、箕斗装载装置等的设置要求.

Abstract

From the aspects of system layout,lifting container,wire rope and connecting device,lift-ing device,etc.,the different requirements of'Coal Mine Safety Regulations'and'Metal and Non-metallic Mine Safety Regulations'for the design of vertical shaft hoisting system are analyzed.Aiming at the design of vertical shaft hoisting system in metal and non-metal mines associated with coal,the minimum gap value be-tween hoisting container and shaft wall,the overwinding and over-discharging distance of hoisting system,the winding layer number of single-rope winding hoist,the safety factor and service life of wire rope and its connecting device are given.The setting requirements of anti-collision beam,tank supporting device,cage lifting trackless rubber-tyred vehicle protection device and skip loading device are put forward.
