铜硫浮选分离新型抑制剂LJ试验研究

广西某硫化铜矿在铜硫分离浮选中采用石灰高碱工艺,针对矿浆黏度大、泡沫细泥夹带较多、难以获得高品位铜精矿产品的问题,进行了新型抑制剂LJ代替石灰试验研究.结果表明:采用新型抑制剂LJ,在自然矿浆pH条件下,经1粗2精2扫闭路试验,获得铜精矿铜品位24.75%,铜回收率92.64%,铜精矿铜品位远高于原石灰高碱工艺铜精矿铜品位,同时铜回收率也得到小幅提高,实现了铜硫高效分离.研究结果可以为同类硫化铜矿石铜硫分离提供参考.
Experimental Study on a New Depressant LJ for Flotation Separation of Cu-S
A copper sulfide ore in Guangxi is adopted lime high alkali process in copper and sulfur flo-tation separation.In view of the problems of high slurry viscosity,more foam slime entrainment and difficul-ty in obtaining high grade copper concentrate products,a new inhibitor LJ is used instead of lime to carry out experimental research.The results show that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 24.75%and copper recovery rate of 92.64%is obtained by the closed-circuit test of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging under the condition of natural pulp pH by new inhibitor LJ.The copper grade of copper concen-trate is much higher than that of the original lime high alkali process copper concentrate copper grade,and the copper recovery rate is also slightly improved.The efficient separation of copper and sulfur is realized,which can provide reference for the separation of copper and sulfur in similar copper sulfide ores.
