河南某难选钼尾矿低品位硫综合回收试验研究

河南某难选钼尾矿中硫化矿物主要为黄铁矿,含量为2.293%,硫含量为1.60%,硫元素主要以黄铁矿的形式存在.为回收尾矿中硫,在磨矿细度为-74 μm占65%的条件下,以硫酸铜为活化剂、丁基黄药作为捕收剂,精选采用新型药剂YZ-4为氟抑制剂,经1粗2精2扫浮选闭路试验,获得了硫品位为48.96%、回收率为80.75%、杂质氟含量为0.02%的硫精矿.研究结果可以为同类钼尾矿资源回收有价金属提供参考.
Experimental Study on the Comprehensive Recovery of Low-grade Sulfur from Refractory Molybdenum Tailings in Henan
The sulfide minerals of a refractory molybdenum tailings in Henan are mainly pyrite,with a content of 2.293%and sulfur content of 1.60%.The sulfur element mainly exists in the form of pyrite.In or-der to recover sulfur from tailings,under the condition of grinding fineness of-74 μm accounted for 65%,with copper sulfate as activator,butyl xanthate as collector,and new reagent YZ-4 as fluorine inhibitor,by closed-circuit test of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging flotation.The sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 48.96%,recovery of 80.75%and impurity fluorine content of 0.02%is obtained.It can pro-vide reference for the recovery of valuable metals from similar molybdenum tailings resources.
