广西某尾矿综合回收金铜铁锡选矿试验研究

为了综合回收广西某尾矿中的多种有价元素,进行了选矿试验研究,确定了各元素回收的合理选矿工艺.在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占65%、矿浆浓度为30%时,以硫酸铜作为活化剂、丁基黄药作为捕收剂,通过1粗2精2扫的浮选流程得到金品位5.47g/t、金回收率63.51%、铜品位1.52%、铜回收率78.76%的金铜精矿;选金尾矿通过弱磁选得到铁品位60.61%、铁回收率37.65%的铁精矿,选铁尾矿通过摇床重选最终得到锡品位39.14%、锡回收率15.57%的锡精矿.实现了该尾矿资源的综合回收利用.
Experimental Study on Comprehensive Recovery of Copper,Gold,Iron and Tin from a Tailings in Guangxi
In order to comprehensively recover valuable elements in tailings in Guangxi,the beneficia-tion test is carried out,and the reasonable beneficiation process for the recovery of each element is deter-mined.A gold-copper concentrate with gold grade of 5.47 g/t,gold recovery of 63.51%,copper grade of 1.52%and copper recovery of 78.76%is obtained by flotation process of one roughing,two cleaning and two scavenging with grinding fineness of-0.074 mm of 65%,pulp concentration of 30%,copper sulfate as acti-vator and butyl xanthate as collector.The iron concentrate with iron grade of 60.61%and iron recovery of 37.65%is obtained by low intensity magnetic separation of gold tailings.The tin concentrate with tin grade of 39.14%and tin recovery of 15.57%is obtained by shaking table gravity separation of iron tailings.The comprehensive recycling of the tailings resources is realized.
