为了降低河南安钢集团舞阳矿业铁山矿西选厂的生产成本,在对原矿进行工艺矿物学分析的基础上,进行了预选抛尾—阶段磨矿阶段弱磁选试验.结果表明,原矿全铁品位为25.26%,磁性铁品位为16.65%,其他有用元素含量较低,硫、磷含量较低,属于酸性铁矿石.原矿在预选磁场强度320 kA/m,一段磨矿细度-0.076 mm占55%,一段弱磁选磁场强度160 kA/m,二段磨矿细度-0.076 mm占70%,二段弱磁粗选和精选磁场强度分别为160 kA/m和144 kA/m的条件下,可以获得全铁品位68.87%、全铁回收率65.89%、磁性铁回收率98.37%的铁精矿.
In order to reduce the production cost of the west concentrator of Tieshan Mine,Wuyang Mining Industry,Henan Angang Group,based on the process mineralogy analysis of the ore,the pre-con-centration tailings discarding-stage grinding stage low intensity magnetic separation test is carried out.The results show that the total iron grade of the raw ore is 25.26%,the magnetic iron grade is 16.65%,the con-tent of other useful elements is low,and the content of sulfur and phosphorus is low,which belongs to acidic iron ore.The iron concentrate with total iron grade of 68.87%,total iron recovery of 65.89%and magnetic iron recovery of 98.37%can be obtained under the conditions of pre-concentration magnetic field intensity of 320 kA/m,first-stage grinding fineness of-0.076 mm of 55%,first-stage low intensity magnetic separa-tion magnetic field intensity of 160 kA/m,second-stage grinding fineness of-0.076 mm of 70%,second-stage low intensity magnetic roughing and cleaning magnetic field intensity of 160 kA/m and 144 kA/m,re-spectively.
