内蒙古某硫化铜矿石铜硫浮选回收试验

内蒙古某铜矿石铜、硫品位分别为0.84%、8.32%,主要可回收矿物为黄铜矿和黄铁矿.为回收矿石中的铜和硫,通过条件试验确定铜浮选适宜的粗选条件为磨矿细度-0.038 mm占70%,石灰用量2 500 g/t,Z-200用量80 g/t,2号油用量10g/t;硫浮选适宜的粗选条件为硫酸用量3 000 g/t,黄药用量80 g/t.在此基础上进行1粗3精1扫回收铜,选铜尾矿经1粗1精1扫回收硫的闭路浮选试验,最终可获得铜品位19.67%、铜回收率87.46%的铜精矿,硫品位51.10%、硫回收率95.31%的硫精矿,较好地实现了矿石中铜、硫的综合回收.
Copper and Sulfur Flotation Recovery Test of a Copper Sulfide Ore in Inner Mongolia
The copper and sulfur grade of a copper ore in Inner Mongolia is 0.84%and 8.32%,re-spectively.The main recoverable minerals are chalcopyrite and pyrite.In order to recover copper and sul-fur in the ore,the suitable roughing conditions are determined by conditional tests.With grinding fineness of-0.038 mm accounted for 70%,lime dosage of 2 500 g/t,Z-200 dosage of 80 g/t,and 2#oil dosage of 10 g/t for copper bulk flotation,and sulfuric acid dosage of 3 000 g/t,xanthate dosage of 80 g/t for sulfur bulk flotation.On thess basis,copper is recovered by one roughing three cleaning one scavenging flotation,copper tailings are subjected to one roughing one cleaning one scavenging to recover sulfur closed-circuit flotation test.Finally,copper concentrate with copper grade of 19.67%and copper recovery of 87.46%is ob-tained,and sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 51.10%and sulfur recovery of 95.31%is obtained,which better realized the comprehensive recovery of copper and sulfur in the ore.
